D'OR JOIERS S.A., as a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), confirms its adherence and commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with the requirements of the Code of Practices (CoP) and Chain of Custody (CoC) across all its business, refining and commercial activities related to jewellery and precious metals (gold, silver and platinum group metals). For this purpose, this sustainability report has been prepared.
The management of D'OR JOIERS S.A. has progressively implemented policies, systems and procedures that are ethically, socially and environmentally responsible throughout its internal processes and its jewellery manufacturing supply chain.
As an entity responsible within the supply chain of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, D'OR JOIERS S.A. has required the commitment and collaboration of its business partners through KYC processes, and recognises the trust placed in the company by all its suppliers, clients and end consumers.
During the year 2023, all business and commercial practices were implemented and reviewed through internal audit processes and self-assessment, within the framework of compliance with commitments made to third parties, as well as with the Responsible Jewellery Council Code of Practices 2019 (CoP) and Chain of Custody 2017 (CoC).
For this purpose, and following the group's business practices and processes, the following chapters and areas were implemented and verified:

Environment
The management of D'OR JOIERS S.A. has demonstrated its commitment to the responsible use and conservation of natural resources used in its activities and processes, such as precious metals, water and energy (electricity, gas and fuels).
The company has implemented policies and management procedures in this area. In addition, employees have been informed about the responsible use of these resources. Within the framework of the jewellery manufacturing activities carried out at its Barcelona facility, the company considers that there is no significant use of any of the aforementioned natural resources.

Financial Compliance
The company has implemented the applicable standards, policies, systems and procedures regarding the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All documents related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing available for the year 2024 have been reviewed.
All invoices, expense reports, bank statements, bank books and cash books have been verified in relation to the financial transactions carried out during the year, and no suspicious transactions related to money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, facilitation payments or inappropriate gifts have been detected.
The company has complied with OECD requirements and has not sourced any diamonds, coloured gemstones or metals from mines or from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
Ethical Commitment
No practices or behaviours have been observed during the assessment period that could discredit the jewellery industry. All business practices have complied with national and international laws, as well as with applicable standards and regulations relating to labour, human rights, child labour and forced labour. No complaints, claims or improvement suggestions have been detected or formally reported through the established channels.
Occupational Health and Safety
Preventive activity planning has been carried out as scheduled.
During the year 2024, one workplace accident occurred, and no occupational diseases have been identified.
Emergency drills have been conducted at the workplace.
Product Safety
There have been no breaches of product safety related to theft, damage or substitution of products during transportation or within facilities and processes.
Chain of Custody
The required declarations and supplier commitments, KYC procedures, due diligence and risk assessments have been reviewed. Potential points of contamination where eligible and non-eligible material could be mixed have been identified and managed in accordance with the RJC CoC standard. The company has implemented a system for identification, segregation and traceability of eligible CoC materials (DOR NET and ERP). The management control system and RJC CoC requirements have been implemented and verified.
Membership in Initiatives
The company is a member of the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030.
An analysis has been initiated to address the actions required to successfully transition to the new RJC CoP 2024 and CoC 2024 standards.
